Caipirinha

  • 5 cl Cachaca
  • half fresh lime cut into 4 wedges
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  1. Place lime and sugar in old fashion glass and muddle.
  2. Fill glass with ice and Cachaca.
  3. NOTE: for a Caipiroska, use Vodka instead of Cachaca.

        1. Well? Did you Google? More importantly, did you track down some Cachaca and limes? Cachaca’s sometimes a little tricky to find, but substituting vodka makes a lovely Caipiroska.

          1. Yep, and it looks delicious and refreshing. Sadly I say that about a lot of alcoholic drinks, and then the actually taste yuck (to me, anyways). Not sure I would get the Cachaca here in Tassie, so maybe I’ll just sip it virtually. 🙂
